I’ve been coming to this location for more than 8 years now and can’t say enough good things about it. They are always kind, honest, only sell what you need and do excellent work. I never mind having to get my car maintained/repaired because of Daniel! I’m surprised at the negative reviews and guessing people confuse this location with the one south of here.

Arizona Firestone shop ruined my 98 Honda Accord transmission. They then charged me $2,000 to put a junkyard transmission and other junkyard parts (a later $1,600 repair to their junkyard replacement). These guys are crooks and this is not a real Firestone store: I.e. there is no Firestone Corporate Office to call. Go someplace else and save money..

I had some slow leaks in tires that I had previously plugged myself. I was told they couldn't repair my repair and suggested new tires. I trusted I was being told the truth about unable to repair, but the reason for 5 stars on this review is that I was provided a reasonable estimate and there was no upselling or cross selling ("this also needs to be fixed" or "you should get a more expensive tire"). I had tire issues, and tire issues is what they dealt with. Period.

I came to Firestone in Chandler on an emergency basis after running out of oil during a long trip from El Paso, Texas to California. It was 3 a.m., and I was stressed and unsure of what to do. Thankfully, the staff here were quick to help and incredibly reassuring. One gentleman in particular (Jerrod) went above and beyond, letting me know they’d do their best to get me back on the road safely - and they did just that. Out of all the places I could’ve broken down, I feel fortunate it happened near this Firestone. Their kindn... read more
