AZ Firestone-Chandler ruined my 98 Honda Accord transmission. They then charged me $2,000 to put a junkyard transmission and other junkyard parts (a later $1,600 repair to their junkyard replacement). These guys are crooks and this is not a real Firestone store: I.e. there is no Firestone Corporate Office to call. Go someplace else and save money..
Our favorite Firestone. Unfortunately, we are on a first name basis because of our 2 ancient vehicles (2001, 2009). This Firestone keeps them going.
This is not a Corporate store. This is a Franchise store, so they refused the life time allignment service that i purchased from Firestone. Very dissapointed that this store will not honor a corporate service. Please take your business to a corporate Firestone.
We were enjoying are trip to Chandler Az. Our a/c in the car shut down. We took the car to this Firestone Location . We were greeted by Jason and he assured us that he and his team will solve the issue. He explained everything and gave us excellent advice and service. He and his team provided outstanding customer service and fixed the A/C in 110 degree heat. Thank you Jason for saving our trip.
Firestone is fantastic.
