Had bought an electric fireplace and went to go pick it up. The company was unable to locate the fireplace after we drove 45 minutes to get there. We waited for awhile to see if they could find our fireplace but to no avail. The company rushed a new order for us and delivered it to our house. They were professional about handling the situation. We are happy how they took care of us
