Excellent service and courteous technician.
Polite and helpful staff. They did not have all the parts for the fireplace that I purchased. One part I ordered was missing a piece, but they replaced missing piece. Took about 5 months to get all pieces and 3 trips to the store to get all pieces.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Arizona Fire Pits & Barbecue. While driving on I-10, one of their delivery trucks was clearly going over the speed limit and driving recklessly. On top of that, the materials in the back of their truck were not secured at all. Pieces of aluminum and cardboard packaging started flying out of the truck and hit my vehicle. One of the pieces actually damaged the lower part of my bumper. John was very helpful in explaining the differences between the electric fireplaces and gave us ideas on building our fireplace wall. Pickup was easy and friendly. Got it home was packaged very well. Don’t have our wall built yet however temporary hooked it up really looks good pretty close looking to a real fire place.
