The technician thoroughly evaluated my fire urn and explained everything to me. He also gave me several tips on how to test it in the future. He was very friendly and courteous and all my many questions were answered. I would definitely use this service again.
I have done many homes with many diff vendors over a decade. I have met morons and lazy workers. But I must give credit, Jordan and Walt are the laziest humans alive. They will never go out of there way for earlier time delivery’s or go above and beyond for great customer service. I have bought 40 fireplaces since leaving them and am ashamed I’ve used such morons.
