I just got off a long drawn out phone call with them, so this is pretty fresh. I was on hold for most of the time with this problem which the total time on the phone was little over fifty minutes and no help, whatsoever. I ordered an item online and received something not even worth the amount I spent for it. I tried repeatedly to resolve with the merchant I purchased from, but they were offering a refund not even close to the amount I spent for the item. I used my AFCU debit card for the purchase, btw. Do not use this credit union for your mortgage. They are not transparent, they don’t listen to the customer and they will rip you off. Arizona Financial Credit Union is horrible at mortgages and in my case and I can’t ever trust them again or recommend them for this service. After being a member for over 30years I will bank elsewhere. do yourself a favor and do the same. Shop around anywhere else for your mortgage.
Today I called for Expert. On hold 1st time for 31 minutes (got dropped). 2nd time got through after 42 minutes. Spoke to a person who I could not easily understand what I wanted. Wanted open some sort of ticket (Not What I wanted). Jesus was his name and he did not know how to do anything related to banking business. What is shocking he asked for my Social Security Number! Why! Trying to steal my identity? I could hear a group of others in background speaking other languages (spanish or Portuguese??). My impression of this ... read more
