Great branch with attentive employees and branch manager. My selection for a new bank in a new city couldn’t have been elsewhere given the customer support and appreciation I have received thus far.
HORRIBLE Experience - BEWARE!!! My mother is 94 years old and they forced her to come into the branch to setup me and her daughter up to assist with her account. Every single time we need to do ANYTHING they expect my elderly mother to come into the branch. DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER IF YOUR OVER 50 YEARS OLD. TERRIBLE SUPPORT
Josiah helped me today & on other visits. He's great. Always helps with a smile. Has always has an answer for my every question. He is polite, patient and professional. A real keeper.
