I walked into the Scottsdale Airpark branch after trying, unsuccessfully, to get an official payoff statement for a mortgage loan online. This is different than the one that's available on the app. Leo (Leonardo V.) Is the new branch manager and he jumped into action to get me exactly what I needed. I understand this statement typically takes about 3 days to get but Leo made a couple phone calls and got it sent right over. I walked out a few minutes later with letter in hand. Thank you Leo!!

*Edit and review updated 4/30: The ONLY reason you still have me as a customer is due to your staff at this location being so sweet and apologetic, and letting me know that apparently I am not the only customer who has recently experienced issues with remote deposit (despite the check being crisp, clear, unfolded, unblemished etc.).
