I contacted this practice to inquire about counseling services for my children, as their father and I share joint legal decision-making. I asked routine questions about the intake process and whether any appointments had been scheduled, as I am an equal legal parent entitled to that information. The secretary, Miriam, refused to confirm whether my children had an appointment and told me to speak with their father instead. Shiloh was super helpful to me as a parent and to our 10 year old son. he was struggling with his behaviors at school and at home and Shiloh gave us a bunch of tools as parents to help our son with his behaviors. He is doing much better now both at home and at school.

I did not have a good experience with Shiloh unfortunately. Went in for couples therapy with my husband. Shilo wanted to primarily focus on me at first (the wife) & I made it a point to schedule my appointments early in the morning. I assume I was his first client as he showed up late more than once and cut my sessions short & still had to pay the full amount. They use love and logic and this is probably the most controversial "parenting technique". It's not parenting, it's manipulation for the child. Skip this place and find somewhere who doesn't use that nonsense.
