Dr. McDonald is Terrible! Avoid!!! Very dissatisfied with Dr. McDonald. She is abrupt and rude, rarely listens and focuses on $$$. She clearly missdiagnosed a simple UTI that showed up with positive on dipstick with nitrites and leukocytes and called it back pain and perscribed flexeril. I found out this info from staff who also was appauled at her action when even they could clearly tell from symptoms and history what was going on. Dr. Bonnie McDonald: Excellent Physician I have been seeing Dr. McDonald for over three years now. She is caring and very professional. I credit her for saving my life by pointing me to the specialists I needed. She listened when I talked with her about everything. I had a stint placed in my heart, before a heart attack, and it was partly due to Dr. McDonald being proactive and recommending an outstanding Cardiologist. R.S I have been seeing Dr. mcdonald for an URI-She has had me on antibiotics for approx. 1month-I finished all meds-I now have a yeast infection-I have an appt scheduled for March. I tried an over the counter Tx that did not work. I called twice today for an Rx to be called into the pharmacy. Both times I was told I HAD to make an appt. in order to get any help. I will no longer give my business to her or the company.
Dr McDonald is FABULOUS! Dr Bonnie McDonald is GREAT! She has been my physician for nearly 3 years and I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received. She is very maticulous during my appointment, making sure she covers everything (including following up on items from my prior appointment to get an accurate status of my health). She is friendly, warm and caring. It is obvious she really enjoys being a physician and is pationate about helping people.
Dont see Dr. McDonald Dr. McDonald never listens. She sits on her laptop and acts like she cares about what your saying. It has been a really frustrating expierence with her, I keep giving her the benefit of the doubt, but no more. She once told me I had herpes because my wife or I was lying to one another about cheating on one another, come to find out I have a different strain of the virus which is caused by Lyme disease which I have recently been diagnosed with. Poor follow up - out to take your money Just an fyi- make sure you read the policys! I was ordered to have blood work up I did not need and my insurance did not cover. Did not receive competent blood work up explanations over the phone only that I needed to make an appointment. Would not transfer a prescription to Mail order, had to make an appointment. Was scheduled for a well womans exam, yet when I went I had a sinus infection - could not treat both in the same visit- had to make another appointment!!! They are out for yo... read more
Dr. Lampert is the best! My husband and I have been going to Dr. Lmpert since he opened his practice here. We absolutely love him! He is very knowledgeable and is very kind. He has helped my husband quit smoking and got him into a vascular surgeon. Without his help I don't think my husband would have his feet today due to a blockage. Dr. Lampert does the Well Woman and Well Man program and follows up to see how you are doing. A great doctor's office I was very sick and new to the area. I didn't even have a primary doctor. I called upon recommendation of a co-worker and was seen the same day. Turns out that I had pneumonia, this doctor's office sent me immediately for x-rays and followed up to see how I was feeling over the next couple of days. Competent, friendly staff. Good Doctors and a great experience. I've recommended this office to my friends and co-workers.
