My husband and I had our initial visits today with Priscilla and Dr . Luong. We had a great overall experience with the office staff and both Priscilla and her husband were super thorough! Very pleasant experience with all the staff. It’s rare these days to find Dr’s that will not rush you out of the room, usually it’s the other way around .
I just had the most combative doctors appointment of my 62 years of life. The doctor seemed to be upset that I was using one of the services that my medical insurance offers and not to have made an appointment with his office first. Even after the doctor said I don't need to be there because my insurance is PPO and me saying I don't want to have a combative relationship with him, he did or said nothing to try to rebuild our medical relationship. I had a wonderful experience at this office. The ladies upfront are always so generous and respectful whenever I come in. I’ve had a few issues with my insurance and they ladies upfront took really good care of me. Not to mention the wonderful MAs, Monae and Maddison. Both an always professional and always make sure that I feel seen. Both Dr.Luong and Dr.Priscilla are great and even though they may run behind at times, they still take time to make sure I am taken care of and feel important. I think the Doctors and staff are top notch! I deal with Dr.Priscilla and I have never had any doctor treat me with the care and concern as much as she does. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a doc for the 2026 year.
Dr Luong has been my doctor for many years. I recently relocated away from Arizona for 3 years. Upon my return I had no need to hunt for a doctor as I returned to this practice happily. I am a retired nurse of 35 years. Believe me There is no better doctor than Dr Luong. I have never felt rushed by him. He knows his stuff. He is well read on new medical issues and eagerly shares these with his patients. He wants to get to know all his patients. His office staff is top notch.
