I had a wonderful experience at this office. The ladies upfront are always so generous and respectful whenever I come in. I’ve had a few issues with my insurance and they ladies upfront took really good care of me. Not to mention the wonderful MAs, Monae and Maddison. Both an always professional and always make sure that I feel seen. Both Dr.Luong and Dr.Priscilla are great and even though they may run behind at times, they still take time to make sure I am taken care of and feel important. I think the Doctors and staff are top notch! I deal with Dr.Priscilla and I have never had any doctor treat me with the care and concern as much as she does. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a doc for the 2026 year.
Dr Luong has been my doctor for many years. I recently relocated away from Arizona for 3 years. Upon my return I had no need to hunt for a doctor as I returned to this practice happily. I am a retired nurse of 35 years. Believe me There is no better doctor than Dr Luong. I have never felt rushed by him. He knows his stuff. He is well read on new medical issues and eagerly shares these with his patients. He wants to get to know all his patients. His office staff is top notch. Stop pretending you’re a clinic if you’re going to cancel more than you see patients.
Worst part: nobody apologizes or fixes it. Just cancellations and voicemail excuses. Not a clinic I’d recommend.
