I met Dr. Kanyinda by referral within the practice. From our first consultation I felt his confidence. My procedure was correcting my droopy eyelids. Every step of the way Dr. Kanyinda displayed very concise measurements and explained what I should expect. He has a great team in the office and the operating facility. Dr and medical staff was amazing in person. However, I am trying to find the right contact lenses prescription and have called multiple times and have gotten no call back. I did speak to someone on the 3rd call and they let me know that trials were ordered but there were 2 orders and I know one won’t work. If they would just call and talk to the patient and let them know what is being done, it would prevent extra work and wait. Went for a “follow up” following surgery “. Have been including my wife in all my appointments to have a 2nd set of ears to hear all conversations. It is recommended that you always have someone present with you in every appointment. You may otherwise find yourself being told something was not said by the doctor, or you misheard what was said.
