I visited this office in January for a cyst removal in my tear duct. On a positive note, Dr. Kanyinda and his assistant did a great job with the surgery itself. However, shortly after the procedure, I began experiencing significant irritation in the same eye — symptoms including inflammation, puffiness, redness, and a burning sensation. How are they getting 4.8 stars with so many bad reviews? I scanned through the first 50 reviews and they were mainly pretty bad.
Don't ever try to speak with anyone by phone. The wait times are outrageous. Tried to cancel an appointment and there is no option in the phone system. Can't speak with my Doctor to ask a question.
