Update 2025: Everyone at Arizona Exotic Animal Hospital, from the front desk staff to the doctors and everyone in between, is always very friendly, compassionate, caring, and they explain things clearly. A big shout out to Dr. Zion and his staff! They are all so caring. I visited Dr. Pilny the Mesa location with a duck emergency and a follow-up at the Phoenix location with the same doctor. All the staff at both locations were very helpful, caring, and thorough.
Always helpful and supportive. Provides extremely knowledgeable help for ferrets, a pet population that is often not well understood nor supported. Dr. Lewis is amazing, we would be lost without her! The vets at all facilities are our standing, their skill, commitment and kindness is second to none.
Staff are friendly and take care of my babies! Anthony was wonderful with bubbles! The staff are kind and thorough.
