I was given a written prescription for my leopard gecko and told if I brought it to my pharmacy and used Good Rx it would save me about $50 as opposed to getting it from them. However, when I tried to pick it up at my pharmacy I was told I couldn't use Good Rx because there was no NPI(National Provider Identifier) number provided and the couldn't find him in the national registry. The staff and doctors are all empathetic and caring. I feel like there is expertise and that gives me confidence that my bird is getting highly competent care. Dr. Willig was very reassuring during an emotional time and listened carefully without dismissing our concerns. Dr. Lamb is freaking wonderful and the best Avian vet I know and I love it when she is able to see our bird. I appreciate that the doctors answer all of my questions without making me feel hurried.
Dr. Pilny is the most caring, kind and understanding vet. He takes such good care of our Axel for many years now and we feel so safe knowing that Axel is getting the best care. The team is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The facilities are impeccably set up and clean. Very thorough exam. I feel confident the my birds are healthy
