More of Old style pedicure. Technician didn't like me using the massage chair, had to shut it off. That's one of the reasons I get pedicure! Pedicure was okay.

I live in Cincinnati but come Mesa to visit my sister each year at Christmas and I always make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure at K and A Nails. Billy is super friendly and Jen does an amazing job doing my nails. I'm not sure what all they offer but I know that they also do waxing. They are so nice to talk to while they are working on my sister and I and they are so sweet and funny. They do a GREAT job and I think it is reasonably priced as well. Worse pedicure I've ever had. I walked in at 2:58, pedicure was done by 3:14. My feet were not in the water for more than 3 minutes. We called and made appointments for 2 pedicures at 3pm and they did not have two technicians available for us. The gentleman did both of ours and was done by 3:27. Charged us $80. I realized this is a small business and a husband and wife run it, but don't make appointments if you don't have time or the employees to complete the job. I will never be returning.
