Waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen by one of the most condescending doctors I've ever encountered. Dr. Bassett is more interested in telling you how smart he is and how wrong you are about everything than in listening to you and trying to help. Avoid this place.
Great team, friendly, and cared for by doctors and staff. Recommend this ENT.
They once were great but Dr. Bassett gave me a $75 teardrop prescription that I can't afford. Terrible!
Save your time and money and find a different ENT. My experience with Dr. Bassett and his nurse was terrible from start to finish. The nurse was incredibly rude from the moment she took me back. She asked if I had high blood pressure, and when I said no, she continued to grill me with questions. She visibly became annoyed and frustrated whenever I tried to answer.
