Save your time and money and find a different ENT. My experience with Dr. Bassett and his nurse was terrible from start to finish. The nurse was incredibly rude from the moment she took me back. She asked if I had high blood pressure, and when I said no, she continued to grill me with questions. She visibly became annoyed and frustrated whenever I tried to answer.
