I returned many time to have my program corrected for my new hearing aids, before I finally returned them. Also, for some reason, the audiologist changed the very good settings on my old hearings aids, which she denied, but, hey, I think I can tell I'm certainly not hearing as easily. I have arranged an appointment with my previous audiologist, which I should have never left, even if she is a little more expensive. Audiology experience does matter. Fantastic office. Receptionist, medical assistant and Dr Bassett are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!
Just had my first annual appt with Jordan Breau, PA. My first time meeting him and he's wonderful! He explains everything & he suggested I start using a new product to keep my nose from bleeding. He showed me where to find it on Amazon. He's a wealth of knowledge, gentle & kind. So glad I found him. The front office staff is very efficient and friendly. All a very positive experience! I already scheduled my appt for next year!
Great staff, just the right amount of paperwork. Dr. Hoffman is thourough and amazing!
