Heard good things about Arizona ENT from a few aquaintinces so was happy when my PCP referred me to them. Was very happy with the way the visit went and feel like I'm in good hands.
Unorganized and never calls back with test results! When trying to follow up with them they require an appointment every time for every reason! I was promised to call back by the nurse practitioner there three times and never heard back! It's been a week this third time and I'm still waiting! Very unreliable!
Dr. Bassett is extremely unpleasant and has a horrid bedside manner. Believe the other reviews (under his name). He’s dismissive and does not provide any kind of detail or explanation for exam results. Just tells you to take meds and come back in 3 months. Really unprofessional and rude. He also chose to argue about why I saw a different ENT 1 time when they were overbooked. All of the front and back office ladies very kind and helpful though. I don’t know how they put up with him.
