Arizona Dry Waterproofing never completed the job. The job was to identify the source of a leak in our basement. After visiting our home, they quoted us for a vapor barrier system and replacement of our sump pump. The plan was drawn out by hand on a piece of paper with the quote. Arizona Dry Waterproofing is run by a very knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest owner in Ron Rothberg. Our property in Lower Merion had some basement water intrusion every time it heavily rained. We went out and got about 5 quotes initially. Ron wasn't the lowest quote we got, but he was the 2nd lowest, and was very knowledgeable without being very pushy on services as some competitors were.
