I recently had my first outpatient procedure, and I wanted to share my experience to help other patients who may be feeling nervous or unsure. Dr. Hutchinson is great - colonoscopy was easy with minimal after-effects. [Edited:] I had given the back office 1-star (inability to bill insurance correctly, bad phone etiquette...), but Angelica has redeemed them! Between her and Danielle, they've worked tirelessly to get the very difficult insurance issues worked out.

I had a colonoscopy almost 4 weeks ago. I still have not gotten the results. My Dr is busy

Dr. Hutchinson is great - colonoscopy was easy with minimal after-effects. Back office and billing is THE WORST. No way to talk to a human. Repeated submissions of the wrong billing codes, and cockiness that they're right. Rudely pass wrong information when inquiring. "Call this number to talk to billing", then give you a fax number. No phone etiquette. Love the doc, but will avoid this practice at all costs.

Run run run as far away as possible. Shady billing practices, they overbill, long wait before you see the doctor. I wish I never heard of this place.
