Dr. Swaroop is great his office staff and manager are terrible. I will not be going back. They are not being honest. They said I had three violations of being late I was sick with diarrhea and now they are saying I can’t come back if I wanna reschedule four days in advance every other time I rescheduled it was 2 to 4 days in advance and they said it wasn’t so they are lying.

Can't say enough good things about Dr Swaroop and his staff. Recently, my husband had a serious issue that landed us at the North Scottsdale office for help. We arrived just as the office was closing, but it didn't matter, Dr Swaroop and his staff literally turned the lights back on and began assisting us immediately. I was 2 minutes late and told I could not see the Dr. he had to go somewhere then I was charged a $50 late fee, the payment manager would not wave the fee, I was with this group for years my Dr. retired. I will not be going back.
