I consulted with Dr. Patel. He is kind, compassionate & knowledgable as well as a good listener. I would recommend him to anyone who has digestive issues.
do not listen to their text messages saying to come in 30 min early. completely inconsiderate of peoples time. i went in 30 min early just for her to scan my ID and insurance card. didnt even call me back til the exact minute of my appt time, and the office appeared to be empty!
Sold a year ago and new owners are just on a cash grab. Front desk and PA are unreachable. Place could not care less about its patients. Living off old reviews of the previous owners. Established patients in pain will wait 6-8 weeks for an appointment. Its there to collect money and thats all. If you are sick you might be putting your life on the line with these people. Avoid.
