No one answers the phone at this place. Called to make a new patient appointment. Got recorded message saying the call was being forwarded to the answering service. After waiting for answering service to pick up for a few minutes, they hung up. God knows what it would be like as an actual patient trying to get a hold of anyone. Basic standards are just not being meet.

Receptionist is not great, scheduled an appointment via email and she still screwed that up. I showed the email chain to prove that the receptionist was wrong after she got an attitude with me on apparently "being late" for an appointment I showed up 15 minutes early for, smooth on her part. NP was wonderful and had great bedside. Doctor Faybush was a waste of my time.
