I would not recommend this place. Dr Kazi really should follow up with his emails and messages that are sent to him and his staff, BETH. I am posting this on this company because as I further investigate they billed me under this company and charged my insurance when I paid the other company. It is a start up company with horrible follow-up. They do not return your calls. They have a phone number that goes to a voicemail that never gets answered. I loved this place! So friendly and treats you like you are important. Dr. KAZI took time with me and explained exactly what was going to happen on this journey. I am so thankful for each one of the personnel that work there.
Dr. Ramzan is the best gastroenterologist in Phoenix. I have Crohn’s disease, and he has been taking care of me for over 10 years. I had a bowel resection in 2004 (under the care of a different doctor), and was told I was at high risk for recurring surgeries. I switched to Dr. Ramzan, and he has kept me off the operating table and away from further surgeries ever since. His knowledge of the field is top notch and has the ability to explain things in a way that I can understand. And he is incredibly compassionate and caring. ... read more
Dr.Jaffery Kazi Seams not to monitore his staff. I was trying to get treated for hyp c. Once they forgot to see I was missing a test so I had to come back. Then I was told in a couple weeks they would know something .I called after a month and the MA said they forgot to send something over. I guess they don't do follow ups,(thank god I called who knows how long I would have be waiting). Don't return call. They seam just to ignore you.
