I called Derek with questions regarding reprogramming a set of hearing aids given to me. He not only answered my questions but I was sitting down with him within 3 days. He switched the receivers to fit my needs and reprogrammed them and I can actually sit thru a meeting and clearly hear every word from every person. Very professional and he clearly explained every step of the way all for a very reasonable price. Thank you Derek, you gained a repeat customer with me!
Derek's knowledge and patience are abundant! He rebuilt and changed and adjusted my mom's hearing aides. She was teary-eyed when she could finally hear after several years of quiet. He was exceptionally generous with his prices for his labor. You could tell he enjoyed helping my 95 year old mother. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you, Derek!
