My sister has resided at Arizona Desert Falls, and she loves it there. The staff is attentive and always helpful and patient. The food is home cooked, and very good. But its the atmosphere that sets Arizona Desert Falls apart, its a fun loving, happy and the residents are considered family. Great place!
I have been employed with this company going on 3 yrs. Very family oriented environment. We have lots of fun, making jokes and doing activities, and celebrating holidays. We care greatly for our residents and work closely with family and Doctors to make sure our residents are well taken care of and happy. It truly has been a pleasure working at Arizona Desert Falls and building relationships with the residents and staff members.
