I live at Desert Falls with my wife. The care here is excellent. The management is first class and the food is much better than I would have thought. I highly recommend this place! I love the waterfalls the trees the grass and the new friends!

My sister-in-law has been at AZDF for almost 4 years. Through the *** and downs of Covid she remained healthy and safe. It is a small community but the staff tries to keep the residents busy with regular activities. There is a very qualified nurse who visits there a number of times per week and is on call for emergencies. The management staff is very responsive when we are needing to communicate with them and we appreciate everything they do for her.
