My appointment was at 11:10 a.m with Dr. Daniel Charous, and I waited for about an hour in the exam room for a CT scan that took only a few seconds. The consultation lasted about five minutes. This is the worst place and I don’t ever recommend anyone to go here. They don’t know what they are doing. My family member went here and they prescribed medication and without knowing what the effects of this could cause. Jacqueline is very unfamiliar when it comes to treatment and this mistake has caused my family member to have to seek other medical specialist due to issues that were caused from the treatment that was recommended. Update: My husband went to his F/U appointment yesterday with Dr. Charous and left extremely upset. After waiting for about an hour after his appointment time, the doctor rushed in and without explaining what he was about to do just started aggressively suctioning his nose and scolding my husband for sneezing. From the very beginning my husband wasn’t fond with this doctor and now he will refuse to do another follow up with him.
