Ryan is a wonderful Dr he always takes his time and genuinely cares for my children who have had nothing but issues with their ears and tonsils. They are always quick to get us in if a emergency appointment is needed and if there is no appointments available, they will always call in eardrops while we wait a couple days for an appointment so we don’t have to wait hours at the urgent care.
This is the worst clinic and care about money. Only two doctors accept AHCCCS and not all which is discrimination to patient with low income. This makes me feel bad and feel sorry to my community.
I brought my father to his 10 AM appointment with Dr. Daniel D. Charous and he wasn’t seen until 10:45. During the visit, Dr. Charous performed extensive workup without explaining what was being done or why. We were very rushed that day.
I needed to have some earwax removed, and I came across to this office. The practice is located in a new building: it has a nice interior and plenty of parking spaces. The front desk personnel are helpful and friendly. After more than 40 minutes of waiting, I became impatient, and I addressed the front desk.
