Got a bill, never been there. Challenged the person on the phone. They hung up. Got another bill today, different service date. Still have never been there. Complete scam. Do not pay anything.
No bill, sent to collections. Called finally got it disputed as they couldn’t give me an itemized bill of services provided. Never been there. Two months later sent to collections with another collection agency. Who runs a business like this
The woman who answered my billing questions was horribly rude. They first attempted to collect my bill in April of 2025 (which I never received, likely because I moved) and was sent to collects by July 2025 for a balance of $51. Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous way to conduct business.
They're a scam. You'll get an invoice for services rendered about a year ago. When you call, someone who's not located in the US will tell you they couldn't send the invoices earlier because of a data breach and that's why they're just now sending it. DON'T SEND THEM A DIME, IT'S A SCAM.
