I had such a wonderful experience as a new patient at Phoenix Premier dental. First of all, they were able to get me in within a week where other offices were booking out like two months, which is ridiculous. I was met by the amazing office manager Carmen and then taken back promptly and met with Mercy the hygienist who was fantastic. Dr. JJ and his staff are truly amazing. Seriously, I don't know any other dentist's office where I've had this pleasant of an experience in a long time. The environment, the kindness, the checking in with you during your visit, etc. It just truly makes it to where you want to come back. So thank you Dr. JJ and everyone at Phoenix Premier Dental. This review is specifically for Dr. JJ and his sweet assistant. Dr. JJ is very kind and knowledgeable. I was there temping for him in the front office one day and I saw how he took such amazing care of the patients. I saw how he explained everything in detail to them, I saw how he did things for them that must Dr’s would not even care to do. I went in for an emergency extraction and everyone was so great. The office is full of smiles and wonderful people. Stephanie (manager) is a fabulous lady and calmed all my worries. GREAT dentist, great staff. Painless.
Excellent Dr.Conrad and assistant where both fabulous. I usually take something to help with my nerves but I did great with the help of both of them.
