I called on 9/21/23 for a “free case review”. The woman who answered the phone made the call very stressful. I gave her the info she requested and my contact information. It is now over a month later and I have still not received any contact from them about my case.

I'm sorry to say, with reviews like you have I will be looking somewhere else. Looks like you have a lot of work to do to get the the five star reviews needed to succeed. Reviews are everything. It's not about a great web page or how good you think you are, it's about what your clients and your community says about your firm and it doesn't look good.
