John was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our water damage mitigation portion of the job. He was professional, courteous, patient, and extremely thorough. He always communicated clearly, arrived when promised, and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. His reliability, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made a stressful situation much easier. Truly outstanding service!
