Something new to learn.
Horrible communication with the team and, they refuse to FIX the house that has alot of defect. And then, refusing to REPLACE the TREE. The guy's name Pete lying everyday telling me they will do so tomorrow... and the GARAGE isn't done
Reading all of these reviews, I am compelled to leave my own review. This company should not be judged by uneducated people. This will be long so please bear with me. I may not agree with all of their building choices, I knew what these were going in. The worst company to buy a home from. They built it with their inspectors and in less than 5 years it’s already falling apart. It’s sad to have people pay so much for such low quality built home. Lesson learned for sure. Do not bother, it may look pretty but before 5 years your already spending money you should not be. I wish they would actually care. But is all About the profit unfortunately. Smh. Don’t do it.
They have their construction starting work and blasting music at 3:30 in the morning. They scooped up their work by the time all the neighbors call the sheriffs department. 3:30 is crazy to start on foundational concrete. I used to work construction and we were starting early as hell to beat the heat. But an 18wheeler and a bobcat out at 3:30 is wild.
