Idk who decided the layout of this parking garage. If you want to park on a certain level and it’s full, GOOD LUCK! You’ve got to go all the way down the garage and back up again. Genuinely idiotic design Edit: I have to reiterate how absolutely stupid this garage is. They shove spots in the tiniest places making it impossible not only to park but to even get through the garage. Good parking spot for the movies. Be careful. If you go see Avatar, you only get four hours validated. The extra few minutes cost me $5.
