Parked here this afternoon before a concert at The Herburger. I was having problems with my parking ticket, and the employee on duty, Antonio, was super kind and helpful! 🤗 This garage has nine levels. The 9th one is open to the sky
What I truly loved about this garage was that there was actual human beings to answer a question I had. I had a validation sticker with a bar code from the event I had attended, and my garage ticket had bar codes too, so I wasn't sure how to scan it for when I was leaving. The man that helped me gave me very clear instructions and was actually at the exit gate when I got down there with my car.
