This location no longer exists if it ever existed in Flagstaff. ACFS has multiple clinic locations in the Phoenix area. They offer telehealth visits (which you can do with just about any fertility clinic). But if you want bloodwork, ultrasounds, etc done it has to be at one of their Phoenix locations. We figured this out the hard way and received a bill 15 months later for our initial telehealth consultation with the doctor. Only later did we come to realize all services needed to be done in Phoenix.
