Their phone lines are down half the time. I get the message like the call can not be reached, almost like their phones got shut down because they did not pay the bill. When I am able to reach them, my messages never get through to my provider (or maybe they just don't care to return my calls) and I am not able to reach the office manager easily for resolution. They are not worth the trouble. Go elsewhere if you are able to.
