It's a ghost town. Used to love that place but almost every shop is empty now

Herberger Gallery at the Arizona Center greets people from all over the world as they enjoy the Art of local Arizona artists. A couple days a week the artists demonstrate their techniques. Volunteers help to keep the doors open so that you may enter.
This center use to be great to come to. And now it has really went down. What happen? Hopefully it improves.
