Avoid. We were initially sold on the fact that they were getting cabinets installed in a month but they promised 2 months to be safe. Cabinets came in 2 months and installer discovered that the base cabinets were not delivered. We then found out the base cabinets never got ordered. So, we started the cycle of waiting over again. Kandy has been our project manager, but few items require your involvement, as I assume your decision on how to resolve this matter came only from Kandy and I believe I can add my side of the argument which will result in a win-win compromise.
