What a great experience! From the first call (just yesterday!) to the completion today (!) everything went smoothly. Incredible efficiency, and pleasant, helpful people. Sandee and Arthur went above and beyond to be sure that everything was taken care of quickly and at a very fair price. Communications were timely and the Hunter-Douglas repairs were all I could have imagined. Special kudos to Arthur for answering all my questions and doing the reinstall so quickly. Highly recommend this company!

On July 31, 2025, I was hired by Arizona Blind & Supply to perform web scraping services. I completed the work as agreed, but despite multiple good faith attempts to collect payment, I was never paid. Over the following week, I was met with different excuses and eventually ignored entirely.

I’ve used Sandy at Arizona Blind and Supply in past years and always had good results, but it feels like the quality has really gone downhill. After several phone calls and multiple promises, my issue is still not resolved, and it doesn’t seem like much effort has been made to fix it. I was hoping for the same level of service I’d experienced before, but the follow-through just wasn’t there this time.

I was greeted warmly by the owner and an associate. I set up an easy appointment to get an estimate on the job I needed done, as well.
