I had a dentist appointment today and overall it was a good experience. Jamie, who did the cleaning on my teeth, did an outstanding job. The whole process was quick, easy, and very thorough. Jamie was professional, efficient, and made the appointment comfortable from start to finish. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went during the cleaning. They messed up my root canal, knew about the infection, didn’t tell me Told me on a third visit, charge me for a ct scan for no reason, without telling me I’m getting charged, because they can’t even treat it, they also won’t tell me what went wrong or why I have an infection in the first place. Sent me to a specialist that needs another ct scan which cost another 400$ Do not go here if you value your time, health, and money.

This is my 3rd visit to this practice with a different hygienist and dentist each visit. Today I had a wonderful experience with Dr Witt and hygienist Liz. I’ve had sensitive teeth my whole life, worsening in recent years. Due to moving for school and work every few years coupled with larger dental practices where continuity is not central, I’ve had probably 6 different dentists in my adult life and Dr Witt is the first one to take me seriously and assess my teeth before making a plan to address my sensitivity. If you have real dental issues DO NOT go here. the dentists at this place are not equipped to handle anything outside a cleaning. In the last year I needed to get 2 crowns down and they literally did such a bad job i now have to deal with…Of course I am now at a different dentist but everything they touched has created big issues. Please do not utilize this place. These dentists are like car sales men rather than dentists.
