I’ve been coming to this practice for a little over a year now and it’s a simple and easy experience every time. This most recent visit, I had to get two fillings and Dr. Matt and Alfredo made sure I felt no pain or discomfort. We even were able to have a few laughs, which I never expected from a procedure that involves needles in my gums!

Similar to previous noted reviews, I was a patient for several years at Arizona Biltmore Dentistry. I also experienced multiple issues with staff and billing. I had a crown that needed attention and the resolution was to incoropate a medicated implant after invisalign. The quotes were inconsident which led me to seek a second opinon. My new dentist replaced the entire crown. Why that was never offered is beyond me. Look somewhere else if your looking for a trusted, reliable dentist office!

I’ve always had excellent customer service here, but this last visit was a major letdown. During my cleaning, it was extremely painful, something I’d never experienced before. Afterward, the hygienist usually has the dentist check my teeth, but this time, the dentist never came. I didn’t think much of it then. However, my gums were swollen and bleeding for days after.
