I took my 2017 BMW 328d in for routine maintenance that included a brake flush and cabin air filter as recommended by BMW. The work was done promptly and as usual, and appreciated, I was kept informed of the progress. Great customer setvice! I will continue to take my vehicle there for all my maintenance and repair work.
I have always been satisfied with the quality of work at Arizona Auto and have been returning for car repairs since my first visit in 2005. Danny stands behind his work and his team of professional have always treated me like their most important customer.
I absolutely love this business/family!! They are so kind, honest and their integrity is always first and foremost. I would not use any other auto business in Sierra Vista. I wish all businesses could follow their lead!! 4/9/26- after almost ten years, I still KNOW this company is the very best- so very competent, and always an excellent explanation for work that needs to be done!! I would NEVER use another auto repair shop. I feel very safe on the highwsy. All integrity!!!
Used them since 2018 when they saved my trans am from going to the junkyard by brakes plus down the street. After that, I've always gone to them for all my vehicle services whenever I come to town for school and while I live here for now. Won't go anywhere else.
My daughter was in an accident and the insurance adjuster recommended this shop, along with several others in the area. We chose this because they had an opening to fit us right in and the adjuster said they are efficient with repairs. Also, she had no rental coverage and we needed to get going on the repairs. We couldn't be happier with the repairs and customer service they provided. They even gave her a free rental to use for local travel while the repairs were being made!
