I rented a car in PHX, it died in Sedona. The team at AZ Auto was able to coordinate with the rental car agency to bring me a replacement car on a flatbed, then tow the disabled car. They went above and beyond, even checked to see if I made my flight in PHX! Amazing service and thank you!
If I could give more stars I would. On the way to bringing my daughter to ASU her car started making some noises and feeling strange. I do not know anything about cars but we did know she probably needed oil and I wanted someone that actually knew about cars to look at it. We found Arizona Automotive in perfect time. Sunday morning woke up with a problem with diesel fuel leaking. Stop By at short notice Was a 35 foot trailer behind me. Frank told me as soon as he finished with the tire he would take a look for me. What a fantastic couple. Got me out of a pinch nice to know there’s good people still out there.
Lifesavers. I had an alternator failure on my 597,000-mile Acura just outside Holbrook on a holiday weekend. They were the only ones available and willing to help me out with the install of a replacement part I carry with me. They dropped what they were doing with their demolition derby prep for the upcoming county fair in order to get me back on the road. I can't think you guys enough! Good luck at the upcoming event! You rock.
