My 7 year old LOVES coming here! They are SO attuned to kids and create such a caring atmosphere. She gets a prize and she even gets excited to have a filling because she thinks the laser is cool! Love this place!!

I have suffered with jaw pain and considerable irritation for 4 months. My dentist referred me to Arizona Center for Laser Dentistry for possible TMJ. Dr Devito did several tests and scans and determined that I had a dislocated jaw apparently caused by having a wisdom tooth extraction last summer. Dr Devito and his team meticulously fitted me with a mouthguard, and I am hopeful that gradually I will get back to normal. I highly recommend the Center if you have concerns about TMJ and its treatment.

Was told I needed 2 root canals by another dentist. Dr. Divito did 3 d imaging on those areas and said no root canal needed. Their honest approach has cemented me as a long term client.
My wife and I have been a patients of Arizona Center for Laser Dentisty for the past few years and i like to express our gratitude to Dr Rico an ALL the staff for the superb care we have received . Also I like to mention that i had some very difficult procedure that no one also would have attempted to performed. If you need a reputable dentist please don't esitate to contact them .
