My son recently moved in this property & due to working out of town, I assisted with application and move in process. The team was extremely responsive and helpful, expedited the process for a quick move in. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The apartment is spacious & provides amenities that give it a “home” feel. We have been very impressed with every aspect, from office staff to property to apartment itself.
Extremely lazy management - moved in to an apartment covered in drywall dust and dead crickets. Moved out and PIF all outstanding balances - was told I was "good to go" and never contacted again. Received a 120 point drop to my credit score 3 months later because they sent me to collections for a $180 cleaning fee. Was never late on a single payment. Cypressbrook (the management company) are the epitomy of what's wrong with housing in the US rental market: Lazy, Money Grubs. Not worth the okay amenities and much better place... read more
The management staff is terrible. I moved in to a “brand new” apartment that had drywall all over the carpet and dead crickets everywhere. When I moved out and paid off my last months rent I was told I was good to go. Months later I got a call from a collections agency for “unpaid dues” to Ariza. They sent me to collections for $197 without ever giving me a phone call or notifying me in any way saying it was for my “move out balance.” All of my rent was paid on time and in full my entire time living there and left my apartme... read more
I lived here for a year and a year was too long. This might be a good place for you if you're trying to get in and out of Temple and working at the hospital, but if you'll be here for awhile, try renting a house or going somewhere else. The complex feels souless. These cookie cutter complexes are hastily put up to extract the maximum amount of money they can from people and you can feel it.
