I would give this place 5 stars. Truly our leasing Consultant Stefani Torres was true pleasure to work with. Throughout our tours and the whole process she continued to be so kind, patient, and helpful! She helped pick our new home and made the process as smooth as can be! If your thinking about coming here I would definitely recommend you ask for her!
New, beautiful and luxurious apartment complex. Property is clean and well kept, the staff is friendly and very welcoming. I would recommend these luxurious apartment homes to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable environment.
I have had allergies in various places I've lived over many years. Since I've moved to Ariza South, my allergies are gone. I feel healthier since living here. And the girls in the office and maintenance, and the Apt events are amazing! This is a great place to live. Some suggested feedback would be to monitor the landscape company more closely (or add to their contract) because the concrete looked really beautiful and brand new, until the Landscape Co showed up. I’ve been living in a 2-bedroom apartment at Ariza Corpus South for the past 8 months, and my overall experience has been very positive. From the moment I first visited, this was the only place that truly gave off welcoming vibes. The amenities here are fantastic. A huge shoutout to Madison and her team—they’re always so attentive to any requests or issues we have. The maintenance team is also quick to respond and provide excellent service. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and we’ve already suggested it to friends.
