Placed a work order through the warranty site and had to follow-up twice before someone showed up. Brandon, the technician who arrived, gets 5+ stars for his quick work in going above and beyond taking care of issues in the house. Arive you really need to work on your website, it reflects very poorly on your property management system.
I’m so sad to be writing this review, I’ve lived here a year and half and still don’t have landscaping. I’ve contacted Arive multiple times and have never received a response, via email and their text line. The lack of landscaping has caused pest issues (spiders and mice). They also came and took off some of the shingles from our roof and still haven’t replaced it? Because it’s a townhome there’s nothing we can do, or I would just fix all these issues myself.
