Loved it here the minute that I started living here. It’s close to everything, and the apartments are beautiful inside and out! The landscaping is very pretty and for being a dog friendly complex, it’s very clean! Also, I feel like the staff doesn’t get a lot of credit, so I wanted to say, that staff have been nothing but friendly and attend to our needs, if needed. They are really great! This place has the worst management team and just as bad management company. The leasing agents are generally very nice. Danielle Pinon (property manager) and Marla (asst mama her), make it seem they go out of there way to be condescending to people when they come into the office. They do the old bait and switch when you try to address issues with them. If you are a current resident make sure to get everything in writing from them! Almost 3 days after a blizzard and the "management" team has made no progress in clearing the community of snow and ice. Consolidating services? Get it done. It's DANGEROUS!! I don't think they understand the treacherous and extremely dangerous conditions they have left residents in. I'm terrified to drive into the complex as my car slides sideways as i'm just sitting there. We love living at Arium. Everyone here is so nice, the girls up at the office are sweet and helpful, and maintenance was quick to respond when the smoke detector batteries needed replacing.
3 days after the blizzard the streets inside the complex still haven’t been treated and people are driving sideways.
