There are cars parked like more of one year, looks like a junker. The people are no residents use the parking lots and the pools . The hallways are so dirty with trash the people smoke cigarettes in the balcony and the hallways. Please more filters to the people who rent

My daughter is moving in this afternoon, moving from Tampa. When she arrived, the apartment was filthy, roach infested, the door had apparently been broken in once before, and the apartment next door has an eviction notice on the door. This is not reassuring as a dad. Where is the "management"?! Must be a slum lord.
