Visited on Friday, August 8th and received excellent, attentive service from Sammy! He offered to help set up a dressing room for me and consistently checked to see if there was anything else I needed. The Fairview Aritzia location is also very well-stocked in terms of sizes and has a very spacious dressing room area.
1-Star Review I’m very disappointed with how my return was handled at Aritzia. I brought back a blazer and shorts in brand new condition, with original tags still attached — well within the return period. I was expecting a store credit, as clearly outlined in Aritzia’s policy. Few days ago, I was shopping clothes for my vacation. Some of the sales associates girls there are giving me attitude and didn’t even greet me when I came into the store. Though, there was this sales guy, Justin he was really helpful throughout my shopping and asked me if I was doing well with my shopping. Also he grabbed some outfits for me that I ended up liking. Will definitely go back to shop here even though some of the staffs needs some improvement.
Compared to other Aritzia store, staff at this one is slightly under trained. Some of them are even a bit rude when it comes to return and exchange.
