Terrible costumer service and attitude
I went on o buy stuff arc1308 store where I literally left discriminated and disrespectful .i asked for help she said she is coming back to help me never came back. I've been wanting to invest in some new basics, so I stopped by the Aritzia at Fairview Mall. The store is beautiful and really well laid out. I was looking for some Sunday Best tops and the famous Effortless Pants, and the staff was super helpful in the change room area, bringing me different sizes without making me feel rushed. The quality is just as good as online, but it’s so much better to be able to feel the fabric and try things on in person. Love this location
I frequently shop at the Yorkdale and Eaton Centre locations — both high-traffic stores that are consistently busy — I always receive a wonderful customer service experience. Unfortunately, every time I visit this location, I’m reminded why I choose to shop elsewhere. At this particular store, I constantly feel ignored and unwelcome. Associate that is short, dark slick-back hair on Jan 24 weekend has a long ways to go. My order was dropped on the floor, dirtied and met with zero apology. Watching a $1,000 purchase handled with less care than my groceries at Loblaws was an unexpected twist, especially for a brand charging such prices.
