Been shopping at Aritzia for years. Use to work for Aritzia, and I have to say it seems like morale is super low at this location. Nobody smiles or greets customers, staff are so bothered when asking them for help. This location needs some more training or something 😳
I get why Aritzia gets a bad rep for having the worse customer service. The workers lack basic human decency or customer service skills. They’re incredibly rude and will whisper amongst each other about the customers. Just buy online, they earn commission off sales. They push to order in store on your behalf if they don’t have an item in stock and you say you can just order online yourself. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Aritzia location. The staff, including the manager, were incredibly rude and unprofessional, which made my visit very uncomfortable. I’ve shopped at many Aritzia stores, but this was by far the worst one I’ve ever been to in my life. The employees were dismissive and seemed uninterested in assisting customers.
