I bought a top yesterday, but they accidentally mixed up my order and gave me an employee purchase instead. Even though the mistake was on their end, I came all the way from North York to downtown to return it. I came in on July 6th to pick up a shirt. The sales associates were all glued to their phones texting and when I did need to ask for help they were some of the rudest people i’ve ever encountered in my life. What happened to professionalism and customer service? What is this need to be cruel to paying customers?
very helpful sales associates! i was looking for a dress for my engagement party and after seeing the options i pulled one associate grabbed the perfect dress. Aritzia isn’t usually my go-to but this location might be from now on :)
By far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. The employee with the septum piercing and middle-parted hair would not leave me alone. He followed me around the store, repeatedly trying to get me to cash out with him, even after it was obvious I was just trying to shop. I immediately went to the Eaton Centre location instead and purchased the exact same items there, where I was actually left alone to shop.
