Bought two of the same style and size; one of the items was at least 2 inches wider at the waist. This is the third time this has happened. Between the declining quality, poor customer policies, the lack of private change rooms, and a terrible UX on the website; I'm done. Just not worth the hassle. The styles are stale and quality declining. I'm sure other rattlers will appreciate my clothing budget. Aritzia continues to drop the ball. Beautiful store. I’m glad I walked in. Ashlen was extremely helpful. She made me feel welcome and comfortable trying the clothes. I was able to pick out two sets of home lounge wear. Very happy with the clothe quality and service. I’d love to return.
