The employees are EAGER BEAVERS. Super helpful, found me different sizes and took my clothing to the fitting room. I wish that the fitting rooms had mirrors inside though. Having to step outside each time to the shared mirror was kind of awkward.
If you are First Nations and planning to use your tax exemption, consider shopping at a different location.
The only Aritzia I’ll shop at. I’m always greeted as I walk in. I came in last minute stressed looking for a birthday dress and Holly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. I had already gone to two aritzias before here and got no help. She gave me well over 5 options and even found dresses that they didn’t have on the floor and I got the most perfect one. She was absolutely lovely and I can’t thank her enough.
Holly helped me today and made great suggestions. She was so positive, efficient and sweet. Wanted to leave this review bc I often see TikToks of people complaining Aritzia workers aren’t kind - I found her to be the complete opposite :) <3 thanks Holly!
