First time shopping at Aritzia. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive at this store. They constantly asked if you need a fitting room started or have the garments in your hand sent to one. The display was organized and well stocked. The amount of options was crazy -- I was there for so long because I kept spotting something I liked. The only thing I didn't like was not having mirror in the fitting room. It’s genuinely shocking how rude and arrogant the staff are here. I’ve been into this store multiple times, and every visit seems to come with the same dismissive, snobby attitude. They cut across the floor, bump into customers, and act like basic courtesy is beneath them, not even a simple apology. A couple of times I’ve had my dog with me, and one staff member literally tried to kick my dog out of the way, which is completely unacceptable. Staff are on point. They are very helpful, remember your name and remember your style and preferences. Clothing is above expectations with so many styles and fits available. Very impressed!

My sister ordered two items in one shipment and only received one. The package was not tampered with. Customer service acknowledged my order history but denied a refund based on package weight, which does not confirm what was actually packed. Very disappointing experience, especially as a repeat customer.

Sales people need basic social skills training. Sales girl Jessica went from helpful and enthusiastic when I expressed interest in a bunch of items to sullen and quiet when I didn’t purchase anything, even though I was polite enough to apologize and thank the person for her help. Very disappointing service from a store you pay enough to and expect more from.
