My partner and I stopped by Aritzia on Robson today and were helped by Anna. She was incredibly kind and patient, and took the time to explain the different leggings to me without ever making me feel rushed. Unfortunately, they didn’t have my size, but Anna still made the experience so pleasant. She was genuinely lovely and provided amazing customer service!🥰🥰🥰

Huge thank you to Isabelle at this Aritzia store! I had an emergency situation and desperately needed to buy a pair of pants to change into. Isabelle quickly and efficiently found exactly what I needed. With her quick responses and calm help, she made an embarrassing situation so much easier and made me feel taken care of and less flustered. Thank you, Isabelle! You go, girl!
The staff at this location genuinely need to be studied. Always a brutal experience here. The amount of times I was cut off by a staff member was actually insane. It’s a retail store, not an emergency room. It is not that serious. And can we PLEASE stop being hounded the second we pick something up? “Can I get a room started for you?” Relax. I have had the item in my hands for approximately 2.5 seconds. For people who try so hard to act like they’re better than everyone, the desperation to secure that commission is pathetic.... read more
