Keep away from Aritiza. They don't respect their long term customers. I used to really like Aritzia and have purchased several items within the past 2 month, and even half of my cloth are Aritiza. However, my recent experience at the Ronson str at Vancouver DT on March 23rd was extremely disappointing. I brought back a red top I had recently purchased that got lightly stained during washing. I walked into this.location on a weekday afternoon and was.nicely greeted by the person at the door. Other than him, absolutely NO ONE said hello to me, offered any assistance or helped me when I was trying to reach items on high hooks. And i was in there for quite awhile! There seemed to be about 15 employees on the floor trying to look busy and chatting with each other but no 'hello' or smile or eye contact was made to either me or my adult daughter. I came in on a busy day and I had the lovely Jaime help me find a new pair of jeans- had been looking for a low rise pair for a while. I also needed an exchange for my new black Babaton coat and she found the perfect size for me. I found her attentiveness and warmth to be so amazing.
This is the best Aritzia I have been too. The staff are always so kinda and helpful. Great service.
