For Korean cosmetic products and gifts, I typically visit Aritaum due to my positive experiences at their other locations in northern Virginia. I decided to try the one located inside H-Mart Fairfax and found the items I was looking for. However, I encountered some challenges with the service, which did not meet my expectations. As a result, I may consider exploring other locations in the future.

I visited the Fairfa Aritaum store to purchase men's cosmetics, and the staff was very kind and provided detailed explanations, which helped me choose a satisfying product. I also signed up for membership, so it seems like I will be able to receive more benefits in the future, which I think is great.

This review is regarding my experience on 9/7/24. I decided to take a look inside the store while waiting for my food at the food court. The woman working there was extremely attentive, but it soon quickly became clear she suspected me of trying to steal. She kept showing me products that had been available for years, insisting they were new as I was just trying to browse for makeup. She followed me so closely that she even stepped on the back of my shoes.
