The lady was extremely kind and helpful with assisting my girlfriend finding a moisturizer. Prices were extremely competitive online and with the guarantee I was buying authentic Korean product that was able to be tested, making my purchase was a no brainer. Will be back soon !

Huge drop in customer service. Have been shopping here for ten years but won’t be back. Lack of knowledgeable workers and pushy customers that created wait time to be ridiculous and discounts as members that are customary had to be asked to be applied. I’ll just shop for sulwahsoo at Saks now.
