every time we’ve gone here the staff have been so nice!! the woman working the cashier both times gave us great recommendations and a LOT of free samples! this is the perfect place to get innisfree, laneige, and other korean skincare essentials

Huge drop in customer service. Have been shopping here for ten years but won’t be back. Lack of knowledgeable workers and pushy customers that created wait time to be ridiculous and discounts as members that are customary had to be asked to be applied. I’ll just shop for sulwahsoo at Saks now.
