My brother and I came into this location hoping to purchase new skincare. Unfortunately there was this extremely miserable lady working the counter, she was so rude and unhelpful I’m really not sure why this company would hire her and if she owns the store, why have this attitude?! I have never felt so unwelcome in my life. Save your money and time. I didn’t get the ladies name but she had a sloppy ponytail and the biggest stank face I’ve seen in a while, your energy was very draining hope you do better.

Please do not buy anything from this store! I bought a skincare serum and found it is expired, and it smelled bad. I returned to the the store and ask her if she could return or exchange it for me. She said it is impossible and refused to return or exchange. Terrible experience! Please do not waste your money here!

The only lady in the store was beyond rude. The second I walked in, she was on the phone. She hung up and said “there’s a customer, I’ll call you back” in an annoyed manner. I asked her for help with a face wash and toner set and she rolled her eyes and SLOWLY made it over to me. She then had the audacity to tell me the prices were listed on the shelf. I was not asking for the price, if I was, I can read. Would not recommend
