I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this ARITAUM location! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and took the time to explain the products in detail. I purchased the Laneige Water Bank Gel, and they were unbelievably generous with the samples. They even gave me a mini-size version of the exact product I bought so I could test it out first before opening the full size, offering a hassle-free return if it didn't suit my skin.
